goFLUENT Group SA is seeking a Learning Consultant to play a central role in shaping learner experiences. You will guide learners on their language journey, explain our products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service.

The role focuses on customer-centric interaction, multi-channel support, and proactive process improvement to deliver exceptional learning outcomes. Hybrid work options may apply in Lisbon and beyond.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service environments.
• Ability to manage conversations across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Clear and empathetic communication in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Become expert in goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Guide learners to the best journey by understanding expectations and providing solutions.
• Reply to learners across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to support learners.
• Call students to encourage use of available resources.
• Proactively improve internal procedures and learner feedback.
