goFLUENT is seeking a motivated Learning Consultant to join our dynamic team in Portugal. You will connect with learners, guide them on their language journey, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence.

You’ll become an expert on our products, respond to learner requests across phone, email and chat, and proactively improve processes to raise learner satisfaction. If you are customer-focused, highly organized and fluent in Spanish with other languages valued, this is a great

Qualificações

• Native Spanish, fluent Polish, and intermediate English (speaking and writing).
• Soft skills: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, clear communication.
• University degree: Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter.
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined and able to multitask.
• Can handle stress and perform under pressure.
• Strong MS Office and Google tools skills.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert on our products and explain them to new learners starting training.
• Guide learners on their language journey and provide solutions to concerns.
• Respond to learners' requests across phone, email, chat.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
• Encourage students to use available resources.
• Proactively improve internal procedures and learner feedback.
