Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• High level of German (verbal and written).
• Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
• Internet savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Encourage students to utilize available resources.
• Optimize internal procedures based on learner feedback.
