Responsabilités

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups.
• Review documents and verify customer information.
• Assist with reconciliations and resolve basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment queries.
• Follow internal financial procedures and controls.
• Escalate complex cases to seniors as needed.
