Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, invites applications for a Junior Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a global medical technology leader. You’ll support international O2C operations from day one, handling orders, invoicing, and cash postings while growing in finance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, has 6+ months in AR/O2C, and speaks German with English at C1. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivots) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations.
• German at native or fluent level, with English at C1.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by email accurately and on time.
• Generate invoices and credit notes per company policy.
• Perform daily cash application of customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Resolve simple queries and escalated disputes for customers.
• Assist with reconciliations, month-end/quarter-end closing, and audits.
• Maintain customer master data in the ERP.
