Qualificações

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services environment is valued.
• Ability to relocate to Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver omnichannel support to German-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat during night shifts.
• Resolve inquiries and technical issues and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with teams to identify trends and escalate critical service issues.
• Contribute to support documentation and training materials.
