Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in (customer) support.
• Ability to easily adapt to changing environments and quickly grasp new information and processes.
• A fast learner who can take on complex problems and rapidly find solutions.
• An easy communicator with a knack for clarifying complex topics and maintaining a human connection.
• Nice to have: beginner to experienced professional—drive to deliver impact for our customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for merchants, providing excellent support to help them succeed.
• Be the voice of the customer; use feedback to drive improvements within Mollie.
• Listen, solve problems quickly, and contribute to the customer experience.
• Join a growing Lisbon team to own the success of our merchant base.
• Act as first contact across chat, email, phone to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Advise customers on Mollie products to fit their activities and boost revenue.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve customer experience and propose solutions.
• Listen to feedback and align support with Mollie's customer-obsessed mission.
