Ww Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its international team in Portugal. You will deliver professional, empathetic assistance to customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues across multiple markets while maintaining a high standard of service.

You will work in a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts, with relocation support and a food allowance. Fluent German and C1 level English are required to excel in this role.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is required.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to learn and manage large amounts of information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle inquiries, requests and complaints from customers.
• Identify needs and provide appropriate solutions across markets.
• Support multiple markets when required and manage information efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow established procedures.
• Maintain high service quality in a fast-paced environment.
