WW Talents in Porto is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets with professional, empathetic service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role is on-site in Porto with 24/7 rotational shifts and a 5-day work week; accommodation support is available and a Welcome Bonus of €1,500 is paid over the first year. Fluency in German and English at C1 level is required.

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
