WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal, working onsite with a German-speaking customer base. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across markets.

We offer 1,100 EUR gross per month paid over 14 salaries, plus a Welcome Bonus of 1,500 EUR paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year. Accommodation support is provided, details discussed during interview.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
