WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets from Porto, Portugal, onsite. The role focuses on professional, empathetic service and resolving inquiries with accurate information.

The position requires fluent German and English (C1), strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage information across multiple markets. Accommodation support is provided along with a welcome bonus and daily meal allowance.

LOCATION

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
