WW Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets with professional, empathetic service in a 24/7 onsite role. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch with C1 English, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can learn large amounts of information quickly. Accommodation support and a welcome bonus help you start smoothly in Portugal.

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (detail are below)
