WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic assistance to customers in multiple markets from Porto, Portugal (onsite). You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluent Dutch and C1 English, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to manage large information sets. Accommodation support and a welcome bonus are offered as part of the package.

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (detail are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
