WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Porto, Portugal site. You will deliver professional support to customers across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires fluent Dutch, C1 English, and excellent communication skills. You will join an international team working in a 24/7 rotational environment with accommodation and onboarding supports.

LOCATION

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
