WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal. You will provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role requires fluent German and English at C1 level, with a focus on listening and solution-oriented interactions. You will work on a rotating shifts schedule with onsite accommodation support and a welcome bonus, contributing to a dynamic, international team life

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
