WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Portugal (Porto on-site) to assist customers across markets with professional, empathetic service. You will resolve inquiries, manage information, and uphold quality in a fast-paced setting.

Fluent German and English (C1) are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Accommodation support is provided, and a Welcome Bonus is offered as part of the package.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
