David Kennedy Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal. The role is on-site under a fixed-term contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, managing bookings, updating CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent travel experiences.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, preferably travel industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems.
• Experience in business travel, travel management, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Experience handling bookings, reservations, or travel-related inquiries.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels

• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling business travel arrangements

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required

• Provide accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, booking policies, and platform functionality

• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to support service improvements

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Italian (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs

• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems

• Experience in business travel, travel management, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors

• Experience handling bookings, reservations, or travel-related customer inquiries

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms or travel management systems.
