Cross Border Talents is seeking German- and English-speaking professionals to join our international customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires on-site work with a rotating schedule between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.

You will assist customers, provide clear and friendly support, and identify needs to deliver suitable solutions within established guidelines. Relocation assistance and meal allowances are available to selected candidates.
