RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech is seeking a German-speaking consultant to join our fast-growing customer success team for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will nurture relationships, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities across hotel portfolios.

You will engage hoteliers with demos, understand their business goals, and collaborate with sales to tailor proposals. A strong hotel sales or SaaS background and excellent German/English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Language requirement: German and English.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Hotel sales and/or SaaS background is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to hoteliers to promote RoomRaccoon benefits.
• Deliver product demos to hoteliers highlighting RoomRaccoonPay and features.
• Develop understanding of product suite, pricing, and offerings.
• Engage hoteliers to understand goals, challenges, and objectives.
• Serve as primary contact, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve hoteliers' experience.
• Provide training and resources to maximize product use.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on evolving needs.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals for expanded usage.
• Address customer concerns and mitigate churn risks.
