RoomRaccoon is seeking a Customer Support Consultant (Dutch speaking) to join our global team across Cape Town and Lisbon. You will handle Dutch client inquiries, provide fast, accurate assistance, and ensure a high-quality experience for hoteliers using our hospitality SaaS platform.

You will identify issues, troubleshoot with empathy, escalate when needed, and contribute to metrics on satisfaction and retention.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a service-oriented, technical or customer support role.
• Hospitality/front-desk/reservations experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and responsive communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, accurate Dutch-language customer support to hoteliers across channels.
• Listen to hoteliers, respond professionally, and pre-empt needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to internal teams when required and follow up for resolution.
• Meet daily/weekly metrics for customer satisfaction and retention.
