About the job German-Speaking Content Moderator

Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers with no or little previous experience in Content Moderation to work for a client of ours located in beautiful Lisbon, Portugal.

Join their team as a Video Content Analyst for a leading streaming service platform. You'll play a key role in moderating written content, ensuring it aligns with company policies, and addressing issues like fraud and copyright infringement. This back-office position offers a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
• Ensure adherence to client policies and guidelines while meeting quality and turnaround standards.
• Contribute to a safer and more secure online environment.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (maximum of 12 months in content moderation preferred).
• Familiarity with KPIs, including FCR, SLA, and CSAT.
• Proficiency in German, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM.

• Salary: Annual base salary of EUR 14,000 + monthly language premium of 235.
