Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking German-speaking Customer Experts to support Singapore Airlines in Greece in an on-site role at our Athens facility. You will assist passengers with reservations, baggage questions, and travel arrangements, delivering world-class service for a prestigious airline.

Fluency in German and English is required, and relocation to Athens is expected. The position offers a competitive salary, relocation support, and ongoing training within a dynamic aviation

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English to operate in international aviation.
• Willing to relocate to Athens, Greece for an on-site role.
• Experience in customer service or travel/aviation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch customer support for Singapore Airlines passengers.
• Assist with flight reservations, modifications, and itinerary management.
• Handle inquiries on baggage policies, loyalty programs, and travel requirements.
• Address passenger concerns with professionalism to maintain brand reputation.
