German Senior O2C Specialist

We are currently hiring a Senior O2C Specialist to join our global team within Finance & Accounting. The role is focused on end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations in an international business environment.

What you will do

• Manage full O2C cycle (order management, billing, collections, reconciliation)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across AR processes
• Handle financial controls and support audit/compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
• Monitor KPIs and support regular reporting activities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support and mentor junior team members when required

What we are looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and financial controls
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)
• Experience in global, multi-currency environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Fluent German + advanced English (C1)
