Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional to contribute to a Social Media LLM project. You will support multilingual interactions and help shape data quality for AI systems.

This on-site role offers rotating 24/7 shifts across the week with two days off. Candidates should have native German, strong written communication, at least B2 English, and experience with AI data annotation and annotation platforms; relocation is not provided.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Native-level German and excellent written communication skills
• B2 English proficiency at minimum
• Previous experience in AI data annotation
• Experience using AI annotation and evaluation platforms
• A practical mindset, strong attention to detail, and confidence with digital tools

The role at a glance:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work arrangement: On-site
• Schedule: Rotational shifts across a 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday
• Days off: Two rotating days off
• Selection process: Includes an additional SHL assessment

Candidates should have no holidays or vacations planned for the next six months. Relocation support is not available.
