Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a Social Media LLM project. You will handle German-language customer inquiries and contribute to data-related tasks in a fast-paced AI environment.

The role requires native-level German, strong written German, English at B2+ (preferred), and experience in AI data annotation. Shifts are 24/7 with two rotating days off; relocation is not provided.

• The role follows rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, Monday through Sunday.
• You will have two rotating days off.
• No holidays or vacations should be planned for the next six months.
• An additional SHL assessment is required.
• Relocation support is not available.
