Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking a German and English‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to support an advanced AI project. You will train, evaluate, and refine Generative AI models and text generation.

This full‑time on‑site role offers a base salary of €1,100 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a daily meal allowance of €7.63 and a comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.

Qualificações

• German proficiency at C1/C2 with excellent written German.
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2).
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and data annotation platforms.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, relevance, safety, and adherence to specific guidelines.
• Review, classify, and annotate datasets using specialized AI annotation and evaluation platforms.
• Interpret complex, evolving written policies to make consistent, objective, and evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure output meets high standards of readability, critical logic, and natural language fluency in German.
• Work closely with quality leads and peers in a fast-paced environment to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.

What You Will Do

As a German & English Customer Support Specialist on this advanced AI project, you will play a crucial role in training, evaluating, and refining Generative AI models and text generation.

What We Are Looking For
