What You Will Do

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will provide top-tier support to both consumer and business users across multiple channels:

• Customer Support: Assist users with billing, invoicing, and account access issues.
  
• Product Guidance: Guide, support, and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently to deliver high-quality service.
  

Requirements

• Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship or a valid European work permit.
  
• Languages: Advanced / C1-C2 level proficiency in English.
  
• Passion: Strong interest in new technologies, AI, and helping customers succeed.
  

What We Offer & Compensation Package

1. Salary & Financial Bonuses

• Base Salary (Without Accommodation): €1,000.00 / month
  
• Base Salary (With Provided Accommodation): €776.00 / month
  
• Meal Allowance: €154.00 / month (€7.00 per working day paid via prepaid card)
  
• Holiday & Christmas Allowances: Paid out in monthly installments (€64.67 – €83.33 each)
  
• Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 / month (variable gross productivity bonus)
  
• Total Estimated Gross Salary: Up to €1,320.67 – €1,520.67+ / month (including bonuses).
