Job summary

Cb Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal. You will be the primary contact for retail customers, handling inbound support, guiding account/app setups (e.g., banking IDs, T-PIN, Postbank apps), and presenting product ranges with a sales-minded, customer-centric approach.

You will also support marketing campaigns and build trust with customers across Germany and beyond, working in a hybrid model with shifts between 06:00 and 21:00, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2) and strong working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound support for retail service customers and guide through account/app setups.
• Present product ranges with a sales-oriented mindset and deliver helpful solutions.
• Support central marketing campaigns and build trust with customers across Germany and beyond.
