Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support agent for an online video platform in Lisbon. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution for a global client base.

The role requires native German communication, English at least B2, and 12+ months in customer service. Occasional evenings and weekend shifts apply, with relocation offered for international candidates if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of direct customer service experience.
• Native German speech and written skills.
• Minimum B2 level English.
• European nationality or Portuguese work permit.
• Organized and quick to learn new processes.
• Attention to detail and quality of service.
• Ability to handle emotions with empathy.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• You will answer customer queries via phone, email or chat, identifying the client's problem and troubleshooting to a solution.
• Provide general and technical support to customers who use our client's paid products.
• Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
