Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a German Customer Success Specialist to join an international support team. You will assist customers in German and English, resolve inquiries, and help deliver outstanding experiences.

You'll collaborate with product and operations, contribute to process improvements, and participate in onboarding and ongoing training. A hybrid work model after onboarding and relocation/housing support are provided to the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Native-level German required.
• Fluent English helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer-focused roles is a plus.
