Full-time, 40hrs/week, 8 hrs/day

Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts
Work Type: On-site

Become part of Ads support operation in Lisbon. As a German-speaking customer service advisor, you will help businesses grow through intelligent advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from advertisers and provide real-time support via phone, chat, and email.

Assist with campaign creation, optimization, billing, and ad performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.

Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in internal systems.

Requirements:

C2+level German

Welcome Bonus:EUR3,000 (valid until July 31st, 2025)!

Competitive MonthlyBase Salary paid 14 times

• Extra payment for working night shifts, working on Sundays and on public holidays

Meal Allowance:EUR7.63 net per working day, paid in a meal card

If relocating from outside Portugal:

Shared housing for 12 months at EUR 280/month (all utilities included; deducted from salary)

Hotel accommodation for up to 28 days (project-dependent)

Airfare reimbursement up to EUR 400 (Economy)

If relocating from within Portugal-considered on a case by case basis
