Foundever in Portugal is seeking a German Customer Advisor to join a multicultural team. You will handle first contact resolutions and provide written and phone support, delivering courteous, professional assistance.

Relocation support and comprehensive training are provided. Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) are required, along with excellent communication and problem solving skills, for a dynamic remote-friendly role.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of German (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation and writing.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries
• Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
