KultureTalent - Global Talent in Porto is seeking a German Content Moderator to oversee user-generated content across platforms, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. The role is based in the Porto office with relocation support and an immediate start on July 5th.

You will stay up-to-date with moderation trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and protect users while upholding community guidelines in a dynamic online environment.

About the job German Content Moderator - PORTO (relocation/ accomodation support)

Our client, is a leading company that represents a variety of markets and have specialists within the customer care area in e-commerce, streaming services, tech companies, social media,tourism and many more all over the world.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and elevate content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Dynamic and Proactive
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
• Based in Porto or willing to relocate(This position is at the office).
• Relocation package on offer
• Able to immediate start (starting on the 5th of July)

• Full time (40h/week) on a rotational schedule + 2 Days OFF
