Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about maintaining a safe and respectful online environment? We are currently seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Porto, one of Portugal’s most vibrant cities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, multicultural setting while contributing to a more positive digital space.

Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 coverage, with 2 days off per week)

Contract Type: Permanent

Relocation Package: Includes flight and temporary accommodation ( up to 3 weeks)

Right to Work: A valid EU passport or Portuguese work permit is mandatory to be eligible for this position

Review user-generated content, legal notices, and complaints, particularly related to copyright or platform violations

Audit and moderate content on a well-known social media platform

Ensure that all moderation decisions are in line with client guidelines and performance metrics (KPIs)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, tools, and client services

Protect user data and uphold compliance protocols

Identify trends, report issues, and help ensure high-quality user experiences

Proficient in German (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 or above)

Comfortable with PC navigation and digital platforms

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong attention to detail and patience in repetitive, fast-paced environments

Flexible with work schedules, including night and weekend shifts

Previous experience in a related field is a plus, though not required

Strong customer service orientation is highly valued
