KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a German Content Moderator to oversee user-generated content across platforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines and safety standards. This on-site role requires strong judgment, proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive material.

You will work on a rotational schedule, with relocation support for candidates joining from abroad. Immediate start is available for the right candidate, who is based in Lisbon or its surroundings.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and escalation content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
