Overview

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content, legal notices, and complaints, particularly related to copyright or platform violations
• Audit and moderate content on a well-known social media platform
• Ensure that all moderation decisions are in line with client guidelines and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies, tools, and client services
• Protect user data and uphold compliance protocols
• Identify trends, report issues, and help ensure high-quality user experiences

Qualifications

• Proficient in German (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 or above)
• Comfortable with PC navigation and digital platforms
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and patience in repetitive, fast-paced environments
• Flexible with work schedules, including night and weekend shifts
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus, though not required
• Strong customer service orientation is highly valued
