Cross Border Talents in Porto seeks a German Digital Content Reviewer to help maintain a safe online environment by reviewing user content and enforcing platform guidelines. You will respond to appeals and work with the team to ensure compliant moderation practices.

The ideal candidate has German C1, English B2, at least one year in customer support, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a strong drive to learn and grow in digital safety roles.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in German (C1 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• At least one year of experience in customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate content such as videos, images, comments, and links, ensuring they comply with platform policies.
• Enforce community guidelines and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
• Respond to user appeals, providing clear and professional explanations for moderation decisions.
• Work closely with your team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Monitor trends and analyze user behavior to identify potential risks and improve moderation processes.
• Share feedback to enhance moderation tools and workflows.
