You'll evaluate video, image, text content; apply policies; assist users; and collaborate with the team to improve tools and stay ahead of emerging risks.

Qualificações

• German proficiency at B2/C1 level required.
• English proficiency at B2 level required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and advance in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Content Evaluation: Monitor videos, images, comments, and links for guideline compliance and remove inappropriate material.
• Policy Implementation: Apply platform rules across various content types.
• User Assistance: Address user appeals and explain moderation decisions clearly.
• Compliance Assurance: Collaborate with the team to meet regulatory requirements.
• Trend Analysis: Identify emerging risks by analyzing user behavior to refine moderation.
• Workflow Optimization: Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes.
