Closer Consulting in Lisbon is seeking an IT Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle in a hybrid work environment. • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and governance.
• Monitor supplier performance, service delivery, budget, consumption and financial execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Business, IT, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
• Handle billing and payments, POs, and invoicing controls.
• Develop supplier reporting dashboards to track costs and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and automation across contract and supplier management.

We are seeking a skilled IT Contract Manager eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, RFPs, contractual governance and optimization.
• Monitor supplier performance, service delivery, budget, consumption and financial execution, identifying cost-control opportunities and supporting budgeting.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance, including Supplier Committees, performance reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Business, IT, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, providing contractual guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage billing and payments, including POs, invoice validation, contractual penalties and related tools.
• Develop and maintain supplier reporting dashboards to monitor performance, costs and key KPIs.
• Drive process improvement and automation across contract, supplier and financial management.
• Experience in IT Contract Management, Vendor/Supplier Management, IT Sourcing or Service Management.
• Experience managing complex IT contracts, suppliers and financial processes, ideally in international environments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, cost control and process automation.
