Are you the one?

• Experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of business requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of data migration, data manipulation, aggregation, ETL, and data quality.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• French is a plus.
• Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and data-model diagrams.
• Maintain requirements documentation, data dictionaries, process maps, and test plans.
• Support test planning and the definition of test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports, and project reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process and framework improvements.
• Work closely with ETL teams on data flows and transformation logic.
• Define and maintain data-quality rules, thresholds, and validation checks.
