Luza Tecnologia is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and enhance customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels in a dynamic, international environment. Qualificações
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of contact centre operations and processes.
- Experience with API development and system integrations.
- Knowledge of IVR design, routing strategies, and customer journey concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Configure, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Design and optimise IVR flows, call routing, and customer interaction journeys.
- Develop integrations between Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support solution delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
