Luza Tecnologia is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and enhance customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels in a dynamic, international environment. • Strong understanding of contact centre operations and processes.
• Experience with API development and system integrations.
• Knowledge of IVR design, routing strategies, and customer journey concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Design and optimise IVR flows, call routing, and customer interaction journeys.
• Develop integrations between Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
