Luza Tecnologia in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Tester to support QA across Salesforce Development, Azure Development, and Genesys Cloud Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will validate functionality, identify defects, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

You will design and execute test cases, validate features, collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners, and help maintain test coverage and quality across the development

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and data model.
• Experience testing Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control like Git, and Agile workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud.
• Analyze requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing support.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
• Ensure test coverage and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
