Capgemini in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Consultant to contribute to delivering high-quality financial services for clients. The role blends regulatory onboarding, data quality reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and implement improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management.
• Knowledge of financial principles and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality results.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client regulatory classifications and onboarding compliance (FATCA, AEOI, MiFID, EMIR, CFTC, etc.).
• Monitor trade reporting accuracy, investigate reporting issues, and ensure timely resubmissions.
• Perform data quality reviews, regulatory controls, and root cause analysis for reporting breaches.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and international regulatory reporting teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Produce KPIs, management reports, and regulatory reporting metrics while maintaining procedures and controls.
