A We Are META procura um Especialista de Suporte de TI com 3+ anos de experiência em IT Support Analyst e Summit TCI. O papel atua como contacto principal para utilizadores e equipas técnicas, resolvendo questões técnicas e funcionais do Summit TCI.

Requisitos: inglês fluente (mínimo B2); disponibilidade para regime híbrido, 2 dias por semana em Porto ou Lisboa; residência em Portugal. Benefícios incluem seguro de saúde, cartão de alimentação Coverflex e welcome kit.

Qualificações

• +3 anos de experiência como IT Support Analyst / Summit TCI System Support
• Fluência em Inglês (nível B2)
• Français é um plus
• Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido (Porto/Lisboa)
• Residente em Portugal ou visto de trabalho válido

Responsabilidades

• Servir como ponto de contacto principal para utilizadores e equipas de TI sobre o Summit TCI, incluindo questões funcionais e técnicas.
• Investigar e resolver questões de atividades globais de segurança diárias dentro do Summit TCI, garantindo suporte preciso e atempado.
• Criar, editar e extrair relatórios usando SQL e as ferramentas internas do Summit TCI para atender aos requisitos dos utilizadores.
• Documentar problemas de produção, análises de origem e resoluções para partilha de conhecimento e traços de auditoria.
• Aplicar conhecimentos de produtos financeiros e mercados globais para interpretar e priorizar pedidos de suporte no ambiente de valores mobiliários.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +3 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst / Summit TCI System Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams on all matters related to the Summit TCI system, including functional and technical issues.
• Investigate and resolve daily global securities activity issues within Summit TCI, ensuring accurate and timely support across operations.
• Write, create, and modify reports and data extractions using SQL and Summit TCI's internal tools to meet evolving user requirements.
• Document production issues, root cause analyses, and resolutions in a clear, structured manner to support knowledge sharing and audit trails.
• Apply knowledge of financial products and global markets to accurately interpret and prioritize support requests within a securities environment.
• Fluency in English, at least B2 level. Fluency in French is a plus
• Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto or Lisbon office
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
