We Are META is seeking an Application Support specialist who speaks French to join our Porto/Lisbon hybrid team. You will translate business needs into IT requirements, ensure data concepts are well understood, and maintain strong customer relationships across our national and international partner network.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in technical support, fluent English and French, and is based in Portugal or has a valid work permit.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Advisor.
• Solid understanding of Data business concepts is mandatory.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills for identifying issues and improving processes.
• Strong written and oral communication to manage customer relationships.
• A proactive, pragmatic and autonomous working style.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Fluency in French (B2).
• Hybrid work availability: 2/3x a week in Porto or Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Advisor
• A solid understanding of Data business concepts is mandatory, enabling effective translation of business needs into actionable IT requirements.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills are essential for identifying process malfunctions, reporting anomalies, and contributing to continuous operational improvement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required to maintain high-quality customer relationships, manage internal client satisfaction, and elevate dissatisfaction appropriately.
• A proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous working style is expected, including the ability to propose areas for process and organizational improvement and contribute to the updating of operating procedures.
