Human Profiler in Portugal is seeking a Functional SAP HR (M/F) to join our international project team. You will contribute to evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance of SAP HR modules across regions.

The role requires strong SAP HR/HCM experience, Time management, CATS, and payroll knowledge, plus ability to collaborate across time zones. Portuguese and English skills required.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM, specifically in Time management with time evaluation and CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets).
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
• Experience in International Payroll.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Time management with time evaluation and CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets);
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis;
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones;
• Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset;
• Experience in International Payroll;
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above)

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €20,000 to €25,000 gross per annum, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
