Axians Portugal is seeking an SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our IT and Digital Transformation team on international projects. You will contribute to maintenance and evolution of SAP HR functions, including Payroll, across multiple countries and the S4/HANA platform.

Fluent English and German (B2) are required, Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to travel within Europe is expected. The role offers a flexible work regime and integration into a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in SAP HR/HCM (Payroll).
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis.
• English at least B2 level.
• German at least B2 level.

We’re looking to hire a SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Project Scope:

Be part of the SAP HR team, that is responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international project, for +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (to be migrated to RISE in October 2026)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Payroll
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
• English (at least B2 level)
• German (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have:

• Portuguese
• Time management with time evaluation
• CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets)

Location:

• Portugal

Remarks: willingness to travel to Europe (Germany or France) twice a year
