Human Profiler is seeking a Functional SAP HR (M/F) to join our IT outsourcing and recruitment team in Lisbon. The role focuses on maintaining and evolving SAP HR solutions, with emphasis on Time management, CATS, and international payroll processes.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, global project leadership across teams and time zones, and fluency in Portuguese with professional English (B2+). Salary ranges from €20,000 to €25,000 gross per annum, dependent on seniority.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Time management with time evaluation and CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets);
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis;
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones;
• Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset;
• Experience in International Payroll;
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above)
