Axians is seeking an SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our team on digital transformation projects. You will be part of the SAP HR team responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international context across +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (migration to RISE planned for Oct 2026).

Location: Portugal. The role requires English and German at B2 level, travel to Europe twice a year, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM, specifically in Payroll.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• English (at least B2 level).
• German (at least B2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain SAP HR/HCM modules across 70+ countries.

We’re looking to hire a SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Project Scope:

Be part of the SAP HR team, that is responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international project, for +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (to be migrated to RISE in October 2026)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Payroll
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
• English (at least B2 level)
• German (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have:

• Portuguese
• Time management with time evaluation
• CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets)

Location:

• Portugal

Remarks: willingness to travel to Europe (Germany or France) twice a year
